Top Leaders Recognized at Business Press Luncheon. About 650 business and community leaders from throughout the Inland Empire converged on the Riverside Convention Center July 16 . Members of the business community nominated 150 people for the Humanitarian Award, the Innovation/Pioneer Award, The Leadership awards in nonprofit, private business and public service categories and the Lifetime Achievement Award. A panel of five judges selected finalists by studying pages of qualifications submitted on behalf of the nominees that included three examples each of ways the nominee's leadership has benefited the Inland Empire. Judges chose two finalist and a top winner in each category.

Robbie was awarded a finalist in the Nonprofit Leadership Award Category.

Robbie Motter specializes in Speaking, Coaching, Public Relations and Marketing. She is an expert in the Government marketplace. She serves as the Western and Mid-Atlantic Regional coordinator for the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) and Volunteer Founding Sponsor and volunteer Advisor of the For You Network, the Ultimate Women's Network with Heart, which is a 501 c3 organization. She serves as the Senior Vice President for American Seminar Leaders in Pasadena, CA (ASLA), and as a Coach Trainer for Coaching Firm International in Pasadena.
